Voter Information

When it comes to finding out more about the political process, sifting through information or knowing exactly where to find it can be difficult. That's why the LWVCEF established its Voter Information Center (VIC). The VIC provides nonpartisan information on voter registration, election procedures and citizen participation in government and civic affairs. VIC's telephone hotline provides information on the basics of voter participation while the Publications Center distributes educational materials, including a handbook for first-time voters, a public officials guide, district maps, issue information and more. Check out the headings under this section to learn more about our services, the answers to your voting questions, and how to contact your public officials. You can also download a PDF version of our popular Guide to Public Officials (you will need Adobe's free Acrobat Reader to open this file).
