Special Events

Each year, the LWVCEF conducts a series of programs and special events to educate and motivate citizens for active and informed participation in government and civic affairs. Many of the programs help young adults understand the important role they play in the civic life of their community. Other programs, such as the annual Ticket To Democracy Campaign, help Clevelanders learn about the elections and how they can become involved in the political process.

Throughout the year, the LWVCEF also conducts forums and programs focusing on special topics such as youth leadership, community building, teacher enrichment, the youth vote, voting technology and cutting edge issues facing the Greater Cleveland area.
