1. Why are you the best candidate for office?
History is a good indicator of the future. In the past eleven years, I have introduced numerous new ideas and concepts to improve the Berea Municipal Court. The Court has been acknowledged as one of the premier courts in Northeastern Ohio with innovations, technology and responsiveness. I have actively been involved with Northeastern Ohio Municipal Court Clerks Association. (Secretary, Treasurer and President) The Ohio Municipal Court Clerks Association, Board of Directors and finally one of the first elected municipal court clerks in Northeastern Ohio who has been awarded a certificate by Kent State University College of Continuing Studies, in recognition of ongoing skills enhancement of the Ohio Association of Municipal/County Clerks Professional Development Program.
2. If elected or re-elected, what are your top three (3) priorities and why?
1. Construction of the new Berea Municipal Court without taxpayers' money. 2. Continuation of prudent business practices of revenue exceeding expenses for the Court. 3. Implementation of online access to court case documents through scanning of documents.
