Please answer the following questions in no more than 300 words.
1. Why are you the best candidate for office?
I have served on the board for the past eight years. I also have three great kids in the system. In addition I have been a public school teacher for the past twenty five years. I hope to continue to help make Berea City Schools a quality school system. We are at a critical time in education and I believe it requires people who have a commitment to kids.
2. If elected or re-elected, what are your top three (3) priorities and why?
We must pass a levy. No school system can operate without basic financial support from the community. Next I would hope that our state report card could improve. I know we are a better school system that what the state of Ohio tells us. Lastly, I would hope to push for greater efficiencies in all that we do.
