By stimulating your students' limitless vision and inventive nature, they will create a future Cleveland, one that will be their own in 50 years. This site includes instructions you and your students will need to develop a clear and creative picture of Future Cleveland...2046!
1. Brainstorm ideas and write them on the chalkboard or an overhead. Encourage students to take notes. You and your students can find additional information to use in this project by conducting various searches on the Internet. 2. Assign homework that includes reading an article or story about the future. 3. Create your own time capsule.

Team Computer Competition High school students will design what they think Cleveland will look
like in the year 2046 by using SimCity 2000TM
software. Issues that must be addressed include human, economic,
environmental, and political factors.
